Support for the connectivity of your network.
Covering everything from your workstation to your switches/Hubs/Routers and out to the internet.
Includes network shares, network printing, and Remote Desktop support ; including troubleshooting connections from home to your office

Help Desk & Application support
Only available as an additional service to Networking & Operating system support.
$25.00/Month 1st user
$10.00/Month each additional user (cdn)

Support for all your commonly used programs, and mobile devices.
We will also research questions we cannot answer immediately.
We will familiarize ourselves with any Windows, Mac or Linux software, if you provide a remote host on which we can test, or a licensed copy of the software. A list of currently supported applications is included in the Service level agreement (SLA).


All Hours (Shinc) Support
Only available as an additional service to Networking & Operating system support.
$200.00/Month 1st user
$100.00/Month each additional user (cdn)
Support for your network and Operating system outside of regular business hours and during holidays.

Cloud Server Setup $250.00 (cdn)
One time Setup fee.
Cloud server is set up as per the 'spambrig' specs, with the following services installed and configured:
  • Email Server With your domain(s) and email addresses configured.
  • Spam management website configured ( spam.mydomain.tld )
  • Web server configured with your domain(s) and FTP access to make changes.
  • FTP server for file transfers to/from clients
  • Webmail ( webmail.mydomain.tld )
  • Whitelist / Blacklist import from old Responsive system if available, or from your current mail system (via CSV)

Cloud Server Administration (12 hour turn around time) $100.00/Month per server, or $1000/Year (cdn)
All the normal day to day administration of the linux server is included in the monthly price.
Tickets or Voicemail requests will be read and responded to within 12 hours.

Cloud Server Emergency Support $50/Hour (cdn)
Emergency calls/Tickets will be reviewed and responded to as soon as possible
